Bristol Barnes*

Bristol Barnes (she/they) is a senior majoring in Theatre Performance and Scenic/Lighting Design and Technology with a minor in Film Studies. This is her second time directing with Center Stage, her directorial debut having been Proof by David Auburn which was produced last January. Bristol is so excited to share one of her favorite plays with all of you. Hurricane Diane combines several of her passions, including sustainability/environmentalism, queer issues, and the classics. She hopes you fall in love with this show the way she has.

Katie Burns*

Katie is a sophomore at the college double majoring in Marine Biology and Theatre studies. Most recently she has played Frank Goodman in the College of Charleston Department of Theatre and Dance’s production of Men On Boats by Jaclyn Backhaus, Melissa and Zarya understudy in Center Stages production of As I Was, Not As I Am by August Hakvaag, and designed the costumes for Center Stage’s 2023 Rocky Horror Picture Show Shadow Cast by Jim Sharman and Richard O’Brien. They are so grateful for the opportunity to take part in another wonderful Center Stage show and have so much love for this organization, cast, and crew.

Haley Rabon

Haley Rabon (she/her) is a freshman majoring in Studio Art and minoring in Education. This show is her very first show ever…aside from a fork in a hick town’s middle school adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. But she has always wanted to be involved in behind the scenes aspects of theater like stage design!

Eli Salas* - Diane

Eli Salas (he/they) is a senior at the college studying theatre with a concentration in design. This is his first staged reading, but he has been featured in several other Center Stage productions, such as The Bacchae and Shakespeare Abridged. He has also sound designed for the college on such productions as Two Gentlemen of Verona and Marcus; Or the Secret of Sweet. He hopes you enjoy this silly little show ;Ü)

Jay Davis - Renee

Jay Davis is a freshman majoring in Psychology and Theatre (Performance). They have been performing in musicals since they were nine years old. The first of those being The Little Mermaid Junior. He is super excited to be performing this show about Hellenic Paganism and Lesbians because they love both of these things!

LG Wylie - Carol

LG Wylie (she/her) is a junior majoring in Theatre (Performance) with a minor in Religious Studies. She has recently been seen in The Bacchae and Men on Boats and will be performing in The Importance of Being Earnest this spring! Have a good laugh and enjoy the show!

Reed Reed - Pam

Reed Reed (They/she/he) is a Junior majoring in Computing in the Arts. They have been featured in Center Stage's productions of Shakespeare Abridged and the Rocky Horror Picture Show 2023. They hope you enjoy the show!

Elle Souders - Beth

Elle Souders (she/her) is a first year student majoring in Anthropology and Cultural Sustainability. This is her Center Stage debut and she’s thrilled that Hurricane Diane was her first show in college. She sincerely hopes you love it as much as she does!
